The Sacramental Journey: Baptism through OCIA

The moments leading up to a Baptism, First Communion, or OCIA initiation are among the most critical for evangelization. Yet, for many families, the experience is defined by administrative hurdles and "hoops to jump through." If the path to the Sacraments feels like a bureaucracy, the encounter with Christ is obscured.

This course transforms the "process" of initiation into a "pathway" of grace by way of a customer service approach. We provide the pastoral and organizational frameworks to ensure that from the first inquiry to the celebration of the Sacrament, every family feels welcomed, every seeker feels supported, and every record is handled with the integrity it deserves.

This course is an online, self-paced course including the following modules:
  • Module 0 – Course Introduction and Orientation
  • Module 1 – Sacramental Records
  • Module 2 – Baptism
  • Module 3 – Confirmation
  • Module 4 – Holy Communion
  • Module 5 -- OCIA
