By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

* Payment is processed securely at checkout, and course access is for your individual use only.
* Course materials are the property of The Catholic University of America and may not be copied or shared.
* The University may modify or cancel a course if necessary. Canceled courses may be refunded or transferred.
* The University is not responsible for access interruptions beyond its control.
* Your use of this service is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.

Refund Policy
Self-Paced Courses:
* Full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed.
Instructor-Led or Scheduled Courses:
* 7+ days before start: full refund
* Within 7 days of start (before course begins): 50% refund or transfer
* After start date: not refundable
Bundles: Refunds apply only to unused courses; completed or substantially accessed courses are non-refundable.
If the University cancels a course, you may receive a full refund or enroll in a future session.
