When you register or purchase a course:
* We collect your name, email, and payment details to process your order and provide course access.
* Payments are handled securely through Course Merchant; card numbers are not stored by the University.
* Your information is used to enroll you in courses, send confirmations and updates, and maintain academic records.
* We do not sell your personal information. Limited sharing occurs with trusted vendors (e.g., D2L Course Merchant) and only as required to provide services or comply with law.
* You may request access or correction of your data by contacting us.
