Tech as a Force Multiplier in High Performance Ministry and Work

In the modern world, "busyness" is often mistaken for "fruitfulness." We are surrounded by tools that promise to save us time, yet we often feel more overwhelmed than ever. This course is for the leader who wants to stop being a slave to their devices and start using technology to amplify their mission and sharpen their mind.

We bridge the gap between psychological performance theory and practical ministry application. You will learn how to curate a "digital ecosystem" that supports deep concentration, enhances your mental performance, and creates more space for the things that matter most: prayer, people, and pastoral vision.

This course is an online, self-paced course including the following modules:
  • Module 1 – Future of Work
  • Module 2 – Social Dilemma
  • Module 3 – Human Flourishing
  • Module 4 – Optimal Work

What you will be able to do by Monday morning:

  • Curate Your Tech Stack: Identify and implement the specific apps and tools that actually increase your output rather than just adding "digital clutter."

  • Optimize for "Peak State": Apply cognitive performance theories to your workday to ensure you are doing your most important ministry when your brain is at its sharpest.

  • Streamline the "Work of the Church": Use modern automation and project management tools to handle the "business" side of the parish, giving you back hours for the "pastoral" side.

  • Build a Sustainable Rhythm: Design a tech-enabled lifestyle that prevents burnout and fosters a healthy integration of work, ministry, and rest.

"I share with you my academic research and personal experience on optimal work."
