This course explores ways to harness technology and modern advances to improve mental performance in ministry, work, and personal experiences. The course both outlines theory and provides practical ways to mentally improve. 

This course is an online, self-paced course including the following modules:
  • Module 1 – Future of Work
  • Module 2 – Social Dilemma
  • Module 3 – Human Flourishing
  • Module 4 – Optimal Work

The online, self-paced requires an estimate of 13 hours.
