Guide Change Without Crises:
Apply proven change management models to parish settings, identifying key influencers and managing emotional resistance when implementing new initiatives.

Navigate High-Stakes Negotiations:
Master preparation protocols and win-win negotiation strategies for contracts, conflict resolution, and administrative agreements without compromising pastoral charity.

Transition Confidently into Pastoral Life:
Move from seminary routine to parish leadership with the executive tools required to manage time, people, and organizational shifts effectively.

"Seminaries have a nearly impossible task of forming men to be pastor-prepared shortly after ordination. Mundelein Seminary knows that the biggest complaints of newly ordained priests are time management, handling organizational change, and negotiating on a daily basis. These modules prepare the men for the daily reality that parish priests face."

- Fr. Anthony Stoeppel - Vicar General, Pastor, School President & Seminary Vice-Rector

"I came out of college a shy, introverted farm boy.  If I can make a career out of negotiating, anyone can! It excites me to serve the Church by offering what I've learned about leading negotiations to clergy, seminarians, and lay leaders."

- Jaime Williams - Expert Negotiator, Operations Leader & Ecclesial Administrator
Permanent Diaconate Candidate for the Archdiocese of Dubuque in 2028
